ALLEGIANCE - The Broadway Musical

Join George Takei on Tue, Dec 13th to see the Broadway production of "Allegiance" for their one night showing in participating movie theaters in the Bay Area! This special evening includes the production plus behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with the cast and creators.


Tickets just went on sale for local screenings in San Jose, Fremont, Cupertino, Mountain View, Dublin and more.

Documentary Film Screening: PAPER LANTERNS

The Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) in Mountain View presents a

special screening of the documentary film Paper Lanterns on Wednesday, November 16 at 7:30pm.


This exclusive event will be held in Tateuchi Hall at the Community School of Music and Arts, located at 230 San Antonio Circle in Mountain View. This screening is FREE and open to the public. Seating is limited; please arrive early. Doors open at 7:00pm.

Reiko was one of four very deserving individuals who was honored at the JACL13th Annual Community Recognition Dinner on Saturday, November 5th, 2016. The individuals that were honored are Vernon Hayashida, Adrienne (Reiko) Iwanaga, Stan Kawamata, and Rich Saito. The 2016 theme was Kansha (gratitude)

The creators of the film, historian Connie Young Yu and videographer Barre Fong will be in attendance. DVDs of the film will be available at the event.
